She graduated with honors from Geneva College in 2015, where she received a master’s degree in counseling with a focus on marriage and family therapy. Allyson received a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Christian Ministry in 2004, and a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology in 2010, both from Trinity International University. Prior to joining the Christian Counselors Collaborative, Allyson served as a member of a church pastoral staff, and worked as a therapist at two university counseling centers, and with Allyson Entner

Kristin Barnes

Kristin studied Marriage & Family Therapy at Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, MS. During her time in Jackson, and later in Miami, FL, she worked with many clients from diverse backgrounds. Katie is a Licensed professional Counselor in PA, and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) who earned her MA in Counseling from Geneva College in 2017. She received her BA in sociology from Covenant College in 2001. She also received minors in biblical studies, youth ministry and Spanish. She has worked as a social advocate for Katie Sanko
